well, honestly I dont know about this site but what I know is all I have seen is ebooks and audios...it would be a great change to see somthing in a DVD....I guess mainly it must be streches....I'm not buying it but would love to know where to dl it....lol

Yes it`s permanent if you follow a good grow tall diet plan.When I was 18 I was 5`8.5 now I`m 22 and 5`10 (5`10.75 in the morning)
That came from stretching.I just started as well it`s not even 2 months yet since I started the grow taller for idiots program...if you want it I can email it to you.

hey sorry for the late response
its been a lil over a week of stretching with the taller4u dvd and it is said i am
suppose to grow 1/2 an inch in a week
the 3rd day i woke up and usually im 5'4 in th emorning and i was 5'4 1/2
i measured like 50 times the next day i woke up and i was 5'4 1/2 again so i was very happy
BUT the 5th or 6th day cant really remember i measured and i was back to 5'4' iw as confused as i was doing the same things
so i tried to stretch for a lil over a week and theres no change and i kind of got depressed again so i stopped and just live with my height im male 5'4' almost 17 years old and i wish i was atleast 5'7
but my growth plates are closed so if anybody has any magic potions that work or a strong prayer then please pray i grow to 5'7 NOW ive tried almost everything and all i have to say is that i cant do anything about it

believe in what ur doing and dont give up soon (and dont measure up frequently although the measurements was funny....hmmm)

so I gather , u do have the dvd,right? I very much want to try it too. will u share it somehow?
