will this routine be useful?
For the growth i'm going to live like that.
In the morning i will wake up at nine Drink water,drink milk and go to the gym Hanging routine 5 minutes 6 Sprints of maximal speed Cycling with a raised seat for 20 minutes Swimming-Breast stroke for 30 minutes Sleep-2 hours ![]() eating eggs for dinner then eating carrots with sour cream studies jumping as high as possible going out for a while eating meat eating lots of fruit eating cabbage sleep at 12 p.m. +taking multivitamins. So what would you advice, eating before the exercise or after the exercise? eating just before the sleep, or hours before? Could you help me? age-17.3 current height-5"9 1/2(177 cm) Goal height-6"0(183 cm)minimum Desired Height-6"2(188 cm) dream height-6"3(190 cm) dad's height-6"2(188 cm) mom's height-5"4(163 cm) Growth plates are not fused |

i would say take 2 protein shakes a day n take 6 fish oil pills a day too, as for eating before bed im not sure? some say it stunts growth due to something with gh levels being minimized, i would take a shake after your workout and one before bed. and for eating before or after exercise it all depends what ur goals are? if u wanna get ripped like super low body fat in the process then i wouldnt eat too much before your workout becuase u wont be buring fat ull be burnin the calories, but then again if u wanna have a really good workout ull need some sort of energy.

You should add amino acids to your routine, they'll help with energy. If you aren't getting results you should then try the new 2010 shinbone routine when it comes out, that's what i'm going to do...
What about school or college? |

Looks a fine routine considering your age.. Why shouldn't it work anyways?.. I would say everything's perfect, except for the fact that I am doubtful any guy can keep at it. Yeah, man, increasing height is a big motivation but when it comes to "robotizing" your life, everyday activities which make you happy have the upper hand. Best thing in my opinion is simplify the routine in like 4-5, "adjustable" steps so you can perform 90% on average of it everyday and play with it so you don't get bored. If you're eager to gor for raised-seat cycling, dedicate yourself fully to it. Keep your regimen as you've described here, don't eat like 3 hours before bed (if you can - I couldn't) and take the ALCAR combo before going to bed. 500 mg acetyl-l-carnithine with 50 mg of ornithine Yeah it's hard.. or just take a ready-made combo of aminos alike. There are like 4 months to summer. If you get an inch till then it will be huge. Then another inch in summer and wow you're a quite tall man huh?

hmm id add another ten minutes to cycling. idk but for some reason im under the impression that 20 minutes is borderline effectiveness
