what could be my goals?
Hi,
My name is jens, I just became 21. I am 164cm tall. My bone age is 19 so my growthplates are not yet fused. I do stretches in the morning and evening. I sleep min 8 hours and the end of my bed is lifted 10cm. It's cold here in Belgium so I don't do a lot of swimming but I do 30jumps every day. With my breakfast I take multivitamins (12 vitamins and 6 minerals). I drink 2 glasses of milk every day. I do this for a week now and I think I grew 0,5 cm. What could be a goal for me? I would like to be 175cm tall... Is it possible for me and what else can I do for max result? (I'm in good shape because I work out at the gym) |

Hi, you could try taking Niacin (Vitamin B3). It has help many members on this forum.

It is but it is not enough to stimulate your growth hormones. You need at least 100mg for it to be effective.

The doses I'm about to give you are the best range for maximizing GH in a pre-workout stack. If you have anti-aging properties in mind, smaller doses will work as well.
Arginine (5-8 g) or arginine Pyroglutamate. I hinted at this in my last article, are prime movers in the production of natural GH. Ornithine (4-7 g) works synergistically with arginine, from which it is derived. Together they have the best impact. Glutamine (5 g) or Glutamine Peptides preserve the use of arginine in depleted circumstances. Glycine (3-10 g) OKG (3 g) is very expensive, but useful BCAA's (3-6 g) for musclebuilding properties, enhanced by GH. GABA and Lysine in trace amounts, but since they may inhibit the other amino's, it would be best to take these at different times. Other dietary sources of GH promoting nutrients are Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Vitamin B3 and most anti-oxidants. Take your stack, which ever amino's it ends up consisting of, 45 minutes prior to your workout for maximal levels of Growth Hormone. On non-workout days, take your stack either before bed or in the morning, both on an empty stomach. Do as much as you can now b/c you dont have much time left for natural growth.

All that Bcaa's don't work, only if you are injecting them.
Stop smoking, live an active live and look at niacin. Age: 16 Height: 5'11 Goal: 6'3' |

Yeah whatever you do DO NOT SMOKE. You should sprint, do heavy exercise like pull ups/weight lifting, and take niacin.
