okey let's start :

1-The Cat stretch

Get on your hands and knees with your arms locked out. Inhale as you flex your spine down and bring your head up. Exhale as you bring your spine up into an arched position while bringing your head down. Each repetition should last between 3-8 seconds.

2-Super Cobra stretch

Start with your arms perpendicular to the floor, and the spine arched (the end position of the cobra). Now blend your hips and bring your body up into an inverted 'V' position. While you are doing that, tuck your chin against your chest. Return to the original position. Each repetition should last between 10-20 seconds.

3-The Cobra stretch

Lie on the floor face down with palms on the floor under your shoulders. Begin to arch your spine up leading with your chin. Arch as far back as possible. Each repetition should last between 5-30 seconds.

4-The Table Stretch

Sit down on the floor with your legs straight. With your torso straight, place the palms of your hands on the floor next to your butt. Then tuck your chin against your chest. Now bring your head back as far as it will go.
While doing that, raise your body so that your knees bend while the arms stay straight. The torso and upper legs will be straight and horizontal to the floor. Your arms and lower legs will be perpendicular to the floor. You will be the shape of a table. This is another hard stretch for some. If you can't do it right away, just do the best you can, eventually you will be able to do it with ease. Each repetition should last between 8-20 seconds.

5-The Bridge Stretch

Lying down with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor as close to your butt as possible, grab your ankles and hold onto them while you rise your hips up and arch your spine, lifting your abs towards the ceiling.
Lift your abs as high as possible. Go back down. If you can't hold onto your ankles, keep your arms to the side and use them to push yourself up. Each repetition should last between 3-10 seconds. This stretch may be hard to do at first, but be persistent even if you can't do it completely right at first.

Standing with your hands together and arms behind you, bend down at the waist as far as possible and slowly swing your arms as high as possible behind you. Each repetition should last between 4-6 seconds.
6-And The Most Important is This One (read why)

Many years ago, physicians discovered that many body disorders were caused by pressure of the spinal vertebrae upon specific nerves. This discovery resulted in the widely practiced and accepted treatment of chiropractry. One of the most common treatments consists of body suspension in which the patient is suspended by use of a strap fastened to the upper part of the torso. When suspended by this strap, the weight of the lower body stretches the spine and reduces the pressure between the vertebrae, thus eliminating the pressure on the affected nerves and curing the disorder. This same procedure can be used to stretch and straighten your spine, and we recommend the following exercise, which requires high vertical bars. If these are not easily available, try to improvise with a door or overhanging ledge. Grasp the bar firmly with both hands and hang as long as you possibly can. The bar should be at least 7 feet off the floor, so that your body is swinging free of any support from the ground. Swing your body forward and backwards. When your hands become tired, allow yourself to drop softly to the floor, landing on your feet. Repeat this exercise several times, being extra careful not to overexert yourself.^_^

And The Very Important Thing is to pratic these not only read it and spend all the time on the computer because everyday u wast you'll Regret for it i promes u you'll.

It is a well know fact that taller people get more attention than vertically-challenged people. Being taller, does in fact make you appear more attractive as well as assertive. Though height usually depends on hereditary factors, there are very few people who know that stretches or stretching exercises really help to gain more height, so therefore you can grow taller through stretching exercises naturally.

Anyone who is determined to increase their height through stretches must aim on resistance-training stretches as part of their program. This type of training actually aids in the release of high amounts of human growth hormone (hgh) secretion. This hormone will help an individual grow taller by thickening the cartilage and increasing the density of bones.

To grow taller through stretching exercises naturally, you have to stretch 5-6 days per week, 1-2 times per day. After you reach a height you are comfortable with, you will not have to stretch as much as before, so there is some relief after awhile. Here you will learn several ways to grow taller through stretching exercises naturally, so lets get started!

Cobra

Lie on the floor face down with palms on the floor under your shoulders. Begin to arch your spine up leading with your chin. Arch as far back as possible. Each repetition should last between 5-30 seconds.

Super Cobra

Start with your arms perpendicular to the floor, and the spine arched (the end position of the cobra). Now blend your hips and bring your body up into an inverted 'V' position. While you are doing that, tuck your chin against your chest. Return to the original position. Each repetition should last between 10-20 seconds..

Cat Stretch

Get on your hands and knees with your arms locked out. Inhale as you flex your spine down and bring your head up. Exhale as you bring your spine up into an arched position while bringing your head down. Each repetition should last between 3-8 seconds.

Basic Leg Stretch

While sitting down, spread your legs far apart. Reach for your toes. Try to keep your knees as straight as possible. Now move into reaching for the toes on the other leg. Be sure to keep your spine straight and move from your hips. Do not arch the upper spine. This stretch works both your spine and legs. Each repetition should last between 6-15 seconds.

The Bridge

Lying down with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor as close to your butt as possible, grab your ankles and hold onto them while you rise your hips up and arch your spine, lifting your abs towards the ceiling.
Lift your abs as high as possible. Go back down. If you can't hold onto your ankles, keep your arms to the side and use them to push yourself up. Each repetition should last between 3-10 seconds. This stretch may be hard to do at first, but be persistent even if you can't do it completely right at first.

The table

The Yawn
Stand with your hands on your hips. Keep your hands on your hips and bend forward as far as possible, leading with your head. Don't bend your knees and keep your chin off your chest. Each repetition should last between 4-8 seconds.

So you're tired of being stepped on and always having to look up to others while feeling inferior to them simply because you are of smaller stature. Well your investment in this blog could be the answer you've been waiting for.
As you may have already experienced, there isn't much room in today's society for the short
person. As someone once said, a good big man (or woman) will always beat a good little man (or woman). Being taller may enhance your life in almost every aspect, from greater job opportunities to a more encountering love life. This is your opportunity toward a more fulfilling and rewarding life, alongside others that you would normally have to look up to.
Now there is something you can do about it, and you've already taken the first step. Your time has come; it's your turn now

=> in my blog you'll find best system ever with fantastic introductions
you'll found:
-nutrition for growth
-preliminary exercises (6 great stretching exercises)
-secondary exercises (15 great stretching exercises)
-advanced exercises (6 great stretching exercises)
that will take from 6 weeks of non stop growing

I don't expect much. I would love to be 6' 1", however I am content at being at the 6 foot mark. I was wondering if I could gain 1 permanent inch through stretching to straighten my spine. I have minor scoliosis and I was diagnosed in I believe 2004, when I was 16. I believe I was atleast 5' 10" at the time and my right shoulder was noticeably higher than the left one and my spine was very noticeably curved. I started working out and eating healthy and I lost a lot of fat and my shoulders appeared leveled after awhile. Later on when I was measured I was 5' 10 1/2 or 1.79 meters. I started doing stretches recently and I believe I've grown by 1 centimeter making me 1.80 meters. because my one friend who was slightly taller than me is now the same height. My curve starts in my lower back, but is more pronounced in my upper back. I was diagnosed with an 11 degree curve.

I have several problems with sprinting.
1.It is okay to sprint on the spot?Do I have to run and actually cover a distance?
I run real hard till I can't do more, for about 15-17 seconds and rest for 3-4 minutes and do this 7-8 times(4-5 days a week). Is it correct and enough?
2.I get sprains and pain in the ankles. What should I do about it?Is there a good way to prevent these. What warm up should I do?
I sprint on concrete/tiles/stone because I have no where else to sprint.
How many sprints do I do everyday? Is it better to do them at one stretch or 3 times a day?

3.And are there any guys who have successfully done this?Grown actually?Do doctors suggest sprinting?

Thanks.Please help.
