My aim is to get at least a 5'9 or 5'10, I am quite okay with anything except swimming because of personal reasons. I weighed 214 and i was almost 6'4 with my shoes, With out them im almost 6'3 .I got in the office with the doctor and i ask him if i would grow anymore because im tall and im scared im done. His Response " i almost guarantee that you grow because you gave another growth spurt at 16 and a little one at 18 and it is really likely that you will grow. My Jaw Dropped when he said that i was so happy. <br />

My mom is 5.1. All of her side of the family is short like my grandpa is 5.5, grandma 5'0, aunt 4'10 but my cousins are surprisingly tall 5'6, 5'8 (girls). I'm a weak 5.8 right now. 18 years old. I have some facial hair likes whiskers above my lips but only a few stray ones on my chin. <br />

-4ml foremstane transdermal a day throughout my cycle<br />

-P-plex is testosterone based hormone so I need to be cautious while taking it because estrogen level might go up as well so I will incorporate Inhibit-e and nolvadex witht this compound. But keep in mind, this compound doesn't convert into estrogen. In order to minimize side-effects of prohormone, I will be taking only 5mg which is 1/6 of the dose that most users take<br />
-5mg for 2 months<br />
-If I don't feel the increase in testosterone, I might stack another compound like epistane or halodrol but only in low dose<br />

Nolvadex <br />
-Simply to lower my estrogen level throughout my height growth cycle<br />

I can get oxandrolone for 130dollars... but it's from an underground lab called axio labs.. maybe I will buy axio lab's oxandrolone. <br />

Also, I've preloaded with Milkthistle and saw palmetto for almost 2 weeks to prevent from any side-effects. As well, I am taking cycle support too, which contains hawthorn berry, celery seed, NAC etc to prevent from side-effects of prohormone. <br />
<br />
I usually sleep at 10:30pm, but will try to sleep before 10:00pm to make sure my natural growth hormone is sufficiently provided. <br />

I will be working out and sprinting intensely to boost my natural growth hormones.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[So I was thinking, in order for a person to easily grow, that person needs to be atleast proportioned to its body. like say, if your fat, you need to loose weight, so that your muscles, and bones wont have a hard time stretching your body, and your height. it's kinda like, if your skinny, and you wanna grow, i just thought it's easier for your body to grow since there not that much fat, and weight to stretch out, and its not hindering you from growing. this is just based on observations. and from what people say. So I don't claim to have resources on this, or what so ever. So any body here have any idea? in order to grow taller, you need to loose weight. but not deprive yourself from eating. but just loose weight.]]></content:encoded>

			<description><![CDATA[Some people have been wearing weights on their legs while sleeping. Since the weight is painful against skin, they have bought foam and wrapped it around their legs. I found this to be ineffective. <br />
<br />
So, for any skiiers who have an old pair of ski boots, I suggest to wear these instead of foam. Its additional weight, and i can almost garentee it wont hurt (under 25 lbs). Plus, the strap at the top is strong enough to hold the wieght, thus making it simple to just strap weights or barbells on. <br />
<br />
I have recently started up on this, but when i did it for a couple of weeks during the fall I gained almost a centimeter. I had to stop when my parents discovered the ski boots and made me take them out of my room, but I have started again yesterday.<br />
