Yeah, but its only temporary. After they retire or stop stretching the arm due to pitching, it usually ends up the same length it was before.

sry to break the ice but muscle building and stretching aint that similar
muscle building build your muscle which is like a snowball it can get bigger
but stretch u mainly infnluence the bones which will contract in time no matter what
stretching wont help sryy
think of it in the morning ur always taller tahn you are in afternoon or night

You also have to be exerting a lot of force as well. Professional pitchers throw balls at like 100 mph.
