Not a chance, stretching ISN'T growth, it's STRETCHING, you WILL loose ALL of it.

RE: stretching after a couple of months stays for life?
Yea I kinda agree. I don't think it's permanent either but that doesn't keep me from trying it... It's healthy and 20 mins of ur time isn't much. I'm really curious how much I can temporary grow by doing it because i've been reading about those incredible gains (2-3 inches)... you have to admit that's a lot =p

Yes.. I agree, if you gain this inches by stretching, then they'll go away whenever you stop stretching, not like in a matter of hours, but, they'll end up going.

How is everyone so sure of this? What if your 15 and 5'11. Can stretching simply speed up the process of growth you know is coming?

RE: stretching after a couple of months stays for life?
I disagree.
IF you stretch the tissue, it will grow in the end.. Like a lot of exercises our body gets a pump and increase in size temporarily. Like weight lifting, our muscles gets a bit pumped after, and then they get back to normal. After some time, the temporarily size will become permanent = We get bigger muscles. Now when stretching, lets say a month, and you gain an inch and reach your goal. You have to stretch at least 6-8 months even more and gain about 2-3 inches in total, to have cemented that inch you gained in the first place. Remember you are not stretching your bone, but your spinal discs, muscles, cartilage, which is all made of cells. Cells can divide, cells get replaced = Tissue can grow. Height: 5'10 (178cm) Fathers height: 5'11 (180cm) Mothers height: 5'3 (160cm) No growth after age 13. Routine: Meditation, The Secret. Routine start: March 15th 2010 Next goal: 6'0 Primary goal: 6'4-6'6 Age: 17 (June 21st 1992) |

So if you lose all of stretching...why stretch at all? If I stretch for 4 months, while doing lots of exercise will it stay for a good amount of time? like maybe 6 months or something

And I read it franky, but I can't take everything here as truth since it seems like there are conflicting ideas. And u didn't even answer my question so try reading my post first. Is this height that you will supposedly lose going to be lost shortly after or in years to come |
