What to take instead of height fx since I cant use height fx?
Is Gaba and colostrum enough?

according to the doctors i talked to even hgh injection wont help if your growth plates are fused
i suggest you to think of shinbone routine or stretching program more then supplements for your age
growth is possible for you but not sure with these things

well then gaba is good
my local gnc gave me l-arginine with l-orthinine formula along with l-lysine and calcium with magnesium and vitamin d
there's alot of supplements that could help but that's the only thing i got in mind at the moment
and dont forget good diet rich in protien and diary food and vitamins

so do you think buying only gaba is enough? no need to buy arginine and ornithine and lysine,or bovine colostrum?

but taking the two of them would defenitly give better results
but i'm not sure if its safe to take all this supplements at the same time ask you local store about it
