reviewing my thoughts about hg
i saw a guy today , he was at least 6 cm taller than i saw him 1 year ago.he is now 21 years old and the reason if you ask me is basketball because he plays it much.i think it is still possible to grow after puberty ( i dont think he is still in puberty ) but the chance reduces in time

Starting height: 5' 7
Current height: 5' 7.5
short term goal: 5' 9 December 2010
Mid term goal: 5' 11 Summer 2011
Long term goal: 6'+ May 2012

Current programs:
GT4I- 4th week
M+E+N+S formula (attributed to bababooey)
high intensity sprints/ swimming/ cycling
