new here
sup guys, i just joined the forum because i found it has some very helpful advice regarding height.
i'm 17 about to turn 18 and only 168 cm . i wonder if being asian has anything to do with it. anyways, all throughout my life i've never actually had a growth spurt, only very slowly growing. my friends say i look like im 16. right now i'm doing some stretching and seeing if it bears results but i don't know. seriously though, it would make my day if i could reach 173 cm! i've also heard that as long as growth plates are open, people could grow even after 18, but do i go to an orthopedic or an endocrinologist to find out?

RE: new here
Yes, as long as your growth plates are opened you will continue growing. You need to go to an orthopedic since that is their specialty.
I have Asian friends who are 6ft or above and I know one at 6'1 that is 21 and still growing. If your growth plates have not closed yet, you can enhance your growth hormones by taking niacin. If you growth plates have closed, there is this new spray called GHenerate and one of the members here claims it can increases height up to two inches after growth plate fusion. You can check out the thread on that below: http://www.growtallforum.com/GROWING-AFT...-8403.html Age:21 Starting Height: 6'3 Current height 6'5 Goal:6'6 Dream Height: 6'7 |

You sound a bit like me
I'm also 18ish and have never had a prototypical "growth spurt". My friends also say i look like a 15-16 year old. My advice to you would be to follow the MENS routine, which stands for Melatonin, Excersize, Niacin and sleep. Start off by ordering niacin and melatonin. Try a site like this http://www.mothernature.com/search/index...s&irfr=404 . Getting sleep is vital--8 hours minimum every night. If you aren't doing a sport already, do so. I run cross contry and track. But others such as swimming get the job done fine as well. Well balanced diet is imperative. Make sure you eat lots of vegies and protien sources. Things like spinach, carrots, ect have lots of vitamins and minerals that promote general health. For protien, milk and dairy products are great. Try eating salmon every other night. It tastes good and is very healthy. Make sure you eat lots of white button mushrooms--they reduce estrogen levels. Hope this helps!

If you are looking for real gains from dependable products, and you have the cash, I would suggest hGH injections, sprays, etc. This is probably the only fool proof and proven way of growing taller because hGH is the way your body grows naturally so why not get more of it.
