hey everyone, I'm about 5 foot 9 or 5 foot 10 and I am a 21 year old male..I really think I can grow taller with a combination of supplements and meditation. Glad to be here.

If you can, go to your doctor and get some x rays. If your growth plates are fused, supplements will not have an effect.

now:5'8 at night
