my multivitamin: PLEASE COMMENT

Hey guys,
Sorry I haven't been on here in a long time.
Here's my multivitamin: Is it any good toward growth b/c i just got a very generic one:

Vitamin A -- 3500 IU
Vitamin C -- 90 mg
Vitamin D -- 400 IU
Vitamin E -- 30 IU
Vitamin K -- 25 mcg
Thiamin -- 1.5 mg
Riboflavin -- 1.7 mg
Niacin -- 20 mg
Vitamin C6 -- 2 mg
Folic Acid -- 500 mcg
Vitamin B12 -- 6 mcg
Biotin -- 30 mcg
Pantothenic Acid -- 10 mg
Calcium -- 200 mg (I usually take another calcium supplement that gives me about 1000 mg total)
Iron -- 18 mg
Phosphorus -- 109 mg
Iodine -- 150 mcg
Magnesium -- 100 mg
Zinc -- 11 mg
Selenium -- 55mcg
Copper -- 0.9 mg
Manganese -- 2.3 mg
Chromium -- 35 mcg
Molybdenum -- 45 mcg
Chloride -- 72 mg
Potassium -- 80 mg
Boron -- 150 mcg
Nickel -- 5 mcg
Silicon -- 2 mg
Tin -- 10 mcg
Vanadium -- 10 mcg
Lutein -- 250 mcg
Lycopene -- 300 mcg

I don't know how to comment but when you buy your vitamin, there should be some added information (E.G. Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol/Cholcalciferol[/code]) etc. I need that info before I comment.

what do you mean by "added information"?

it's aight, no enzymes, fruit , vegetable, mushroom extracts in it. I guess it's ok. Try natures way multivitamin, vitacost.com loaded with good stuff plus amino acids

i eat lots of veggies everyday though. So that should be enough.

Woah that's a lot of vitamins to take in one go, take as much as your body needs otherwise it's a waste.
