ts been a month i have joined the forum ihave read severa ebooks on growing tall andnow i am ready to start with my own height increase program its as follows pls drop in ur vailuable suggestions i am having my summer vacations and am gonna solely concentrae on increasing my height .
program
10 pm -6 am-sleep
6-7 raised seat cycling
7- 7:30 stretching
within the whole day 20 minutes of hanging and kicking each

kicking abt 30 minutes

6-7 in the evening running i have shoe insoles want to try if the work or not.they havent worked till now.this yoko thing is a scam .

along with running will do jumping and skipping

9- 10 before sleeping will do stretching again
along with this gonna have a really high protein diet

wish me luck and tell me what else i can incorparate
i downloaded he supermassing technique book from one of ur thread
does it wrk? how i can use it help me with ur suggestions

going to be 19 on 30 july hope to gain 1 inch till then
