intro about myself - 25/F, Asian - possible to 5ft 6?
It amazing to see how many websites there are regarding maximizing height growth.
I'm 25/F, Asian and currently 5ft 2inches, My dream height would be 5ft 8 but I would be happy enough to go for 5ft 6 inches. My height is average for an Asian but I would like to grow taller due to two reasons: 1)sports - I play for a national side for one of the ball game sports 2) career - height does give you an advantage in career, even if it is not sports related. Been seeing a couple of tricks and tips about growing taller Also read about LALO pills Just wanted to know if they are safe or not? I started taking them yesterday and really I felt rejuvenated this morning as I woke up and possibly even gaining some height (or possibly just the morning thing). Personally I dont think LALO contributes to height growth but it did make me sleep better (having good quality rest is a major factor contributing to growth) and this morning my muscles weren't as sore as they would usually be, which I thought LALO played a role in helping me recover. I started training with the athletics squad when I was 13, which I felt was already approaching the end of my growth spurt, I did gain a couple of cms though (can't remember as I didn't take exact measurements back then). One exercise of which was exactly what had been promoted up here - weighted ankle exeercise - but the purpose was not for height growth, it was initially supposed to strengthen the quads and hamstrings so more power could be generated as the sprinters came off the block. But from age 15-16 I stopped intensive exercise until I went to University when I was 19. There I started playing rugby and that was another period of my growth when I trained 3 times a week +own fitness regime, which included swimming and soccer. It was tough trianing but the great thing about college was that I get to rest whenever I wanted to. One day I woke up walked down to the dining hall and realised that I'd grown 1 inch. Height growth is a weird experience; everything seemed so effortless but it really requires a lot of hard work to make it happen. I realise that it is the intensity level of your exercise which makes the difference. I can understand why some poeple are still able to grow tall into their late 20s - they have kept their body young and their hormones are still functioning with a younger biological age than their chronological one. |

I am just asian too, girl. Can be we are from the same country.
But don't set your goal too high. You will be frustrated and give up easily. The good height for you is 5'4''. don't be 5'6'', because lots of asian men are short. Asian is different with Caucasian, don't compare with them. I don't know why you are too worried about your height, but you are asian it's kind of perfect height for women. |
