hi. Currently i'm about 5'9" and 15(16 in mid december). My parents are really short(i'm about a head taller than my dad, and a little more than my mom). So yeah, i'm pretty tall compared to my parents, and my friends have noticed this as well. I am serious on growing. My goal is 6 feet, but I want to grow 3-6 inches. Is this possible at my age?
I've seen many suggestions on this site, but can someone clarify if these are good exercises? Also what is considered a good amount of sleep?
jump roping
sprinting
cobra stretch
bridge stretch
hanging
toe touch
riding a bike
ankle weights(can someone explain this)
do those exercises provide good results? what else should I do(in terms of exercises, diet etc.) about when can I start seeing results? I think my growth plates are almost closed, i'm not sure though.
