hey!!
watsup guys!
im really glad i found this site btw! so heres my story. when i was 13 1/2 i started working out, (then i was 5'4) all my classmates were telling me to stop because i would stunt my growth. turns out im as tall as most of them and im even taller than some. im now 16 1/2 and i stand at 5'7. my goal would be 5'8-5'9 but if i could reach the 5'10-5'11 id be more than delighted i read a few treads and so far heres what i got: -swimming -running with ankle weights -hanging from a bar -jumping rope also stretchings&exercises but i dont really get all the terms like 'cobra' and all the info is scattered everywhere can you please link me to a detailed exercise program (reps and sets) to follow that is effective? which foods are the best? which supplements? last, can you give me advice on how to fall asleep and stay asleep? (this saturday i slept at 4 am and with the slightest noise, at 7 am, i woke up...lol) Your help is very much appreciated
