hey everybody,

i am new here and i would like to introduce myself I'm Daniel and I'm living in Germany. My Height is only 165 cm, 5 ft 5, thats makes me very sad :/.....

First time where i heard, that it's possible to increase height i was very happy and started with stretching and some other exercises, but i only did it for some weeks and i lost the motivation because i haven't grown. i just turned 22 in july and don't know if it's still possible for me to grow. First I was in a german forum where they did talk about growth exercises, but there were only 2-3 people who have really grown and now there is nobody who's active in the forum, so i've searched and searched in the internet if there are other forums and i found this site here. I've read that some people have grown with Niacin. I would appreciate if somebody could help me to grow a little bit taller and give me a training program.

And some other infos: my father is 170 cm tall , my brother 173cm and my Mother only 148 oder 150 dont know really.. People did make jokes of me because of my height and that is what made me feel very sad ;( sorry for my bad english :o

If your plates are fused, you won't grow alot, sorry.

Well you can still do stretching exercises which will improve postures and will add on a little bit of height if your growth plates are fused. Of course, there is still xcrunner211 method of growing after growth plates fusion which is still up for debate.
