hey people from grow tall forums.. my name is raymond (yu can call me ray) and im new to this website...

my brother told me that his friend goes on this website and he grew 2 inches from it or somethign.. and im not really proud of my height.. my freinds are all 5'10 and yes i maybe taller but i still feel short.. i really really want to grow so bad :/ idk wat to do tho. my older brother who recently turned 15 already outgrown my dad by being 6'3. my older sister whose 13 is 5'9 (im still taller than her). my sister was 5'8 2 months ago and now she grew! ive been 6 feet for almost a yr already!! when i turned 10 was when i grew to 6'. my mom says i had a 'growth spert' alredy and explains why im 'taller' than others.. i really want to outgrow my dad and my older brother.. but is it possible? im tired of being short. i wanna be tall.. can anyone help me plz like what do i do??

also i forgot to include that... how do i get muscular? my dad and brothers have muscles and a flat stomach filled with abs and stuff.. i asked my dad that i want to get those too but he said i was too young but my brother whos only 4 yrs older than me is as rip as my dad! thats not fair

You will grow to at least 6'2 with the least bit of effort, even more if you exercise, so start doing those right away, don't forget to eat healthy and sleep at least 7 - 10 hours.

That makes me a midget then. If I had a height like yours when I was 10 years old, I'd probably pwn the living daylight out of my friends.

Just do stretches, 20-30 minutes each day would be good, if you got more time to do a bit more stretches, all the more better. Try sports like swimming and basketball too, they help in the leg lengthening process.

Eat healthy and sleep well, then you will grow.

LOL you are 11 and already the second tallest at my highschool if you went there, what more do you want? You will almost certainly still gonna grow if more than anything, you should be worried about getting TOO tall.

I agree have you seen the thread of the super tallest guy?

do you not know what being "short" is? Some people wish they could get to 5'9"..and they are 17 or 18 years old. Plus, your still growing, so alot more time to grow.
