I just wanna say, I noticed this one day my hands seemed bigger. But it stopped there I'm still on Hfx. Gone through a cycle which was prematurely stopped I gained nothing. Im on 61st day of round two I prolly had like 2-3mms in morning height... Pretty much nothing or its natural growth. Thing is, I gained like 8 mms (.8cm) just taking nothing but the Multi Vit Cherifer just before I started Hfx. Go figure.
