I just turned 21 a couple of days ago and I was wondering if its possible to gain additional height after turning 21?

I hear different things from several places. 18,21,25,35.

Last summer I grew from 5'8 to 5'9. So hopefully I'm still growing.

I'd appreciate any type of help/advice.

You grew an inch :O Was this definitely natural growth or not?

Stretches can help you gain a possible few inches. I'd personally say that natural growth is over for you now.

You can gain with ankle weights and I know the story and proof of someone who grow whilst he was 21.

height usually increase till 25 to 27 years after that it is very rare to increase your height.
