All fats should be from an EFA source.
PLEASE NOTE: I am on an indefinate hiatus from GTForum. Nothing personal, just another project I've been working on since Summer '10. My account WILL reamain open - but please don't send PMs for advice until (and if) I return. GOOD LUCK ALL HEIGHT SEEKERS! |

RE: diet for height
i feel like i have to put this in. High Density Lipid is better than Low Density Lipid.
the problem with consumer meat in america (lets take beef for example) is that they are force fed corn. cows are no good at corn. they are pent up forever. they are injected with many antibiotics and sometimes hormones, and they usually live no more than a year or 2, then they are slaughtered. now the problem with this is the meat composition: they are high in omega-6 and low in omega-3. however, normal, free-range cattle are higher in O-3 and lower in O-6. i dont know about all the other nationalities here, but i for one feel suckish to be stuck with american corporate beef. |

1. Yogurt
Many experts agree that yogurt is the secret growth food that is responsible for the natural increase in height of certain populations in certain parts of the world. Well, don't be surprised because yogurt is rich in protein and it is also a great source of vitamins in minerals essential for bone growth. 2. Multi-vitamins A daily intake of a good multi-vitamin will boost your height increase. The most essential for your bone lengthening is calcium. You can get good amounts of calcium from milk, yogurt, eggs and meat. As for the mineral magnesium, you cannot just eat certain foods to get the recommended daily allowance so it is best that you take a supplement. 3. Water Lastly, drink plenty of water. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water everyday benefits us in a lot of ways and if we discuss it this space won't be enough. What I think you should know right now is that water also helps in the thinning of our blood which in turn distributes the vitamins and foods that increase height to our bones and whole body. glucosamine 1500 |
