Hi all,
Just want to share that basketball worked for me. My legs are longer because of basketball. If I didn't play basketball, I'm sure I'd be shorter than today. Basketball is, in fact, better than swimming in increasing our height. You can name many tall basketball players with short parents. Something must have happened when you jump, strecth and land. Basketball is the best. You should do more basketball if you want to grow taller. Just my 2 cents. Yeah don't listen to him. The only method of increasing height is masturbation. Buy my Masturbation2Height ebook it will learn you how to convert a pleasant activity in vertical gain.

well swimming is arguably the best exercise from any sport because it's a full body workout. basketball i guess could be but im sure swimming is better. and i dont know if landing on the floor hard is good for your height...doesn't make sense to me. but then again im no expert

That is the greatest absurd ever, even if you play it whole life, basketball doesn't make you grow and everyone knows that
