Here are some FAQ's which I are being sent through to my inbox quite a lot. Just wanted to sort some of them out.

Q. Is weight lifting bad for growth?
A. No, the notion of this happenening came from very poorly conducted studies that showed improper lodaing could cause fractures in teenagers. Just like in adults. They myth grew wider and eventually (despite science saying the opposite) people belived that they would end up shorter and inflexible (not even bother to look a picture of Lou Ferrigno or Tom Platz nearly getting the splits).

Q. Can you make me a stretching routine, I want to grow four inches like GT4Idiots told me I could, but without buying the book!
A. I can make you a stretching routine, but all it will do is help you get the splits and kick yourself in the face like Bruce Lee could. Stretching does NOT make you taller via bone growth. It TEMPORARILY stretches out your tendons and ligaments.

Q. Why can't I eat after 6PM?
A. I don't know, why can't you eat after 6PM? Because some moron on BB.com told you not to? Eating right up to bedtime is FINE. Just make sure that before bed you get some slow deigesting protein in your body (milk, cottage cheese, plain yoghurt) and avoid HIGH GLYCEMIC INDEX CARBS (like McDonalds).

Q. Does hypnosis work? How do you do it?
A. I'm not sure, hence why I'm giving it a try. Hypnosis is not about following set patterns, it's about finding your own line of meditation. Think of it like this: Tricking is copying Jujimufu doing an X-out back tuck, but freerunning isn't about copying Livewire's handstand - it's about your OWN path of movement.

Q. Is HeightFX a scam?
A. I don't know, I don't really care. HeightFX (should it work) should be used for people with dramatically short staure. Being a 6 footer, I don't think I count.

Q. Your 14, Stirk3r is 16 and HeightFX has admitted he hasn't even finished high school, I think that my GP knows more than you, why should I listen to you?
A. Becuase we've actualy gone and done a shitload of specialist research into height growth, not treating a small cut or making you think your going to die because you caught swine flu (which a 3 year old can recover from in 2 days). Your GP is probably a very smart person, but unless he's a specialist in this area, his opinion is not very relevant.

Q. I think you swear too much and two people have started thread to try and get you banned, I think your an idiot and don't want to listen, so why are you still here?
A. LOL, go and see just how smart the people who started those threads were, then come back and see how your opinion changes.

Q. If I play BBall and swim, will I get taller?
A. Any exercise will help growth, but BBall and swimming are nothing special.

Q. Are you a dude or a girl, and which one is you in the picture?
A. Dude, long haired person.

Q. What kind of specialist foods can I eat that will give my growth plates a magical stimulation (which doesn't exist) and make them grow at 28?
A. I don't know, go and ask someone who put togther one of those "6 inches in 2 months even if you 48!" guides which are obvious scams. I'm sure they will be willing to tell your for 12 easy payments of $1299.99 + P&P with Tax!

Q. I think your quack for trying hypnosis.
A. Not a question.

Q. How should I take my photos?
A. By now, I'm sure you've seen the thread about Carob Fire and photoshop, this is an obvious reason as to why we shouldn't trust photos.

Q. Does "Super Sato Grow Flex V System: Maxagen formulated with Carob 100mg" work?
A. No, and anything else promising something like 3 inches in a month, then cocking up later when they say 25% height increase in a month (in order to be true, you would need to be a FOOT tall) riddled with obvious spelling mistakes from "the worlds smartest doctor" is gonna be a waste of time and money.

That's my friend, he's about 5'10" (14 today).

Hehe, some of them were my noob questions. I'm gonna take my casein powder now an half hour before bed. It not causes high insulin levels, only higher IGF-1, so thats goodBig Grin

Ok, as I've seen in your earlier posts, you think that nothing works besides hypnosis. That's ok, since you are 6ft tall and you have never felt the drama of being short. So I ask you, as you say you are a height specialist, what will make me grow 3 inches? Just the power of my mind?
