Hi,
I'm a 16 year old male and I'm 170 cms in height, but I've been this height for about 2 years. All of my friends are much taller than this and I can't help but to feel short around them, so my simple question is, have I stopped growing and is it possible for me to grow taller at 16?
If it helps, my mother's 5'2 and my father's 5'6, I'm just under 5'8.

I was almost the same as you a few months ago. I was 170 and had been for over a year. Im 173 now. Its still possible for you to grow.

I have to shave every 3 days or so and I have a little hair on my chest, will I still grow?

Its really difficult to say, but its even possible to get taller even after you've stopped growing.

At 16 years old, I grow 3 inches. I think I will achieve my goal height even without exercising.
But I want to maximize it by exercising.

Of course man ! If you have a good meal plan and do the right stretches ..

Yea I grew like 1 full inch naturally from 17 ,havent even tracked 13-16 so...

I just became aware of the proper habits and lifestyle. 16 to 21 you will grow.

You say you haven't grow for 2 years. That means that your plates were fused at 14. That's impossible, so I think you will grow!
