Starting Height: 5ft 8.25in
Current Height: 5ft 9in
Short Term Goal: 5ft 10in
Long Term Goal: 5ft 11in
Dream Height: 6ft

As I have said, there is no magic pill, vitamin, shake, powder, or dance that can help you gain height. Healthy diet and exercise and good night's sleep.

Goal height: 5'4"
Dream height: 5'5"
mom's height- 5'3
dad's height- 6'

Fully aware this totally changed.

Why only 5'4? Because Idina is 5'4... =) Juuust kidding.

yah caissie's right, its a scam....plus i looked it up n i don't see how spraying ur legs or something like that supposed to make u taller
