There is no magic pill or drink or shot or dance that will make you taller, no matter how many "testinomials" the site claims... I find it amusing how most people who "write in" seem completely iliterate...

I always used to think about buying those products for height increase but luckily I didn't because I found out from other people that they don't work and they are scams.

Now: 13 years old, 5'9.5" tall, 195 lbs, size 11.5 feet and a 42 inch waist.
Goal: By the end of next summer, I want to be. 6'0"-6'5".

Just do exercises, sports, streching, eat and sleep properly, and stop thinking about having pills for every problem you have- they will do nothing but cost you money and even might harm your health

yeah i used it bought 1 bottle cost a grip...didnt notice any gains...but i heard if u use it for about 4 months it starts to work so yeah... 1 bottle is 2 months do the math...i was going to buy more but just found out about this shinbone routine hah
