What tend to be the most effective excercises for growth?
I'm hoping to reach another 5-6 inches in the long run.
So far I've got doing squats and jumping high. I hear cycling is useful as well? Starting Height: 5'7" Current Height: 5'8" Current Goal 6' Ultimate Aim: 6'3" |

Although it is confirmed time and again that weights doesn't do any harm, I m bit scared and if there is no addl advantage and you get the same benefits without the weights, I will go for the air squats. |

You get a far better benefit on the skeleton WITH weights.
PLEASE NOTE: I am on an indefinate hiatus from GTForum. Nothing personal, just another project I've been working on since Summer '10. My account WILL reamain open - but please don't send PMs for advice until (and if) I return. GOOD LUCK ALL HEIGHT SEEKERS! |

Squats are quite useful I think I used to do that and you feel your legs being stronger
But you really have to lunge down and feel your hamstrings and butt muscles toensure that it works |
