I voted swimming and basketball. I think those would benefit height gain most.

Swimming is the best for height increase. Swimming helps stretch the body as well as build muscle all throughout your body.
The best swimming technique is backstroke this is because of the way you are on the water. With each movement of the arm you are stretching your back. Because it exercises every muscle in your body is also is a great exercise for releasing Human Growth Hormone. As long as your growth plates are still open this will also help increase height
