ive been taking Centrum but ive heard that wasnt the best. What is everyone else taking?

Check your local GNC or vitamin shops there are tons of vitamins that are better than Centrum.

I'd say '1 a Day' vitamins are worse. They even give me stomach ache sometimes.

Green Source from the Vitamin Shoppe its got a lot of good stuff in it and it gives me a lot of energy throughout the day which i could really use being a student and all
