bascially, it's aerobic suicide.
You run, then stop/jog, run, stop/jog. It's for anareboic and aerobic conditioning at the same time. PLEASE NOTE: I am on an indefinate hiatus from GTForum. the main point is to get the most out of a workout in a sort amount of time. HIT increases hgh significantly more than any other type of exercise. HIT is High Intensity Training. Basically short, intense quick bursts of whatever exercise you are performing. For example, Sprinting 40 yards compared to jogging/running 1 mile. The sprints are HIT while the longer distance running is not. Basically the main point is to increase hgh, burn more calories, bulid more muscle. And you do it by short, quick bursts
and yeah willhu it is suicide lol. Its pretty tough |

i learned it the soccer way
get a field. sprint the diagonal, jog the short side, you should be at a different diagonal point, sprint that, jog short side, repeat until you're dead, lol. oh yeah, dont stop. you're gonna wanna walk on the shorts; dont. keep it at a technical jog, only one foot down at a time |
