Greetings. I'm new here.
I'm currently a sophomore, 15 years old (probably like 15.7ish, I turn sixteen in about 4 months). I'm 5'9.
While that isn't exceptionally short, nowadays everyone seems so tall and a lot of my friends are 6'0+, and I rarely find another guy that's not at least 5'7, at my school.
I go to school and have hw and etc, so I don't have a very free schedule all day, but I just simply plan to follow a basic strategy with several general but fundamental tips: eat a lot, especially protein/vitamin, exercise/stretch for a combination of at least 30 minutes daily, try to sleep at least 7~8 hours daily, and be optimistic.
I'm not too stressed, since I know I'm definitely not finished growing.
So for those in HS, what's your schedule, either detailed or basic? What general strategies do you have? Etc. This thread isn't limited to HS students, but since I'm a HS I figured it'll be a lot different from an adult.
Oh by the way, my parents aren't tall, and I'm not gifted in genetics in the height department. Mom's like barely 5'3, might be a fraction shorter, and my dad's 5'10, maybe slightly taller (but less than 5'11 i think).
