Vitamins
Can anyone suggest whether I am over-doing or sufficient?

Daily Intake:

Vitamin A - 8000 IU( 1 tablet)
Vitamin C - 1500 mg (3 tablets of 500mg)
Vitamin D - 8000 IU ( 4 tablets of 2000 IU)
Multi-vitamins - 2 tablet a day(morning and evening)
Calcium - 1300 MG ( 2 tablets of 650 mg)
Seal oil tablet - 2 a day

In addition to this, 250 ml of soya milk a day and another 250 ml of choclate milk.

Not much. I think it works out to 60 to 70 dollars for a 4 month supply from Costco.

I read it from a website that the following are the top ten vitamin A-rich foods:

liver/sweet potatos/carrots/mangoes/spinach/cantaloupe/dried apricots
milk/egg yolks/mozzarella cheese.
