EFA Oil: Udos Choice 3-6-9

Multi-vitamin/mineral: Néctavida (when I run out of that and need something quick, I just pickup whatevers on sale at the grocery store)

Protein Supplement: Muscle Milk (especially Mocha Joe flavor, mmmmm)

Breakfast Cereal: kellogs Vector Cereal (I think its only available in Canada, it is fortified with vitamins/minerals, and even more interesting, protein!)

Vitamins are very good 4 u, u can find them any where.
Whats up height fx, i got ur pm, I have been good, I havent given up on height, Its just that I can't worry to much about it because I am very busy right now with a once a week internship at n-e orthopedics because I am trying to be a doctor, Hope you have been good man.

Haha youd be wrong bud. Im between 5'6" - 5'7" and im 23 years old, soon to be 24. Not likely I could grow anymore even if I wanted to, but personally, I dont care much anymore about my height and havent even measured it since my late teens.

I only eat so well for bodybuilding purposes now.

I stopped growing at maybe 16 years old. Probably partially because I started smoking at age 13. My brother is 5'10", but didint start smoking until his early 20's. He always ate better than me as a teen and was also involved in alot more sports than myself. All factors that could play a role in his being several inches taller than me.

heightfx, how much do you weigh and how much body fat percentage do you have? what i realized in terms of nutrition is that the foods that bodybuilders use for mass gain also have positive effects on long bone growth. I was wondering if eating too much peanuts or other types of nuts would be beneficial not only for mass gain, but also for height.

The sun is a good source of Vitamin D too.... unless you're afraid of getting tanned or sunburn like me LOL

You don't have to stay all day in sun or lay in solarium for 5 hours anyway...sun is good. It makes you look prettier, but also makes your skin age faster.

Yeah, I don't like getting burnt. How can you weigh 125 pounds at your height? I weigh 160 pounds and I'm not that big =/
