Im here to get help to get taller Big Grin

Age: 14.5
Current Height: 5'4
Height Goal: 5'8.5 - 5.9
Dream Height: 5'11
Father's Height: 5'8-5'9
Mother's Height: 5'0
From: Philippines but born in US

some my cousins are 5'8+ and my mom's brothers 5'8+ too

I'm doing a couple excises to help my spine, So anyone would give me a boost?
