To those of you performing hypnosis exercises
OK; I wanted to post this, because no one seems to get "it".

Growing (in ANY way (muscle, bone, etc.) with hypnosis is DIFFICULT; you need 100% beliefe and faith that your mind can manifest such height.

A LOT of people come on here; think that exercises, hypnosis and other routines will give quick, instant results. THEY WON'T.

ALL ROUTINES (even taking HeightFX); require DEDICATION AND CONSISTENCY.

Now, I'm NOT here to put anyone off height growth, but I'm warning you all that there is no "magical quickfix" to height. Even injecting yourself with GH, T3, Insulin and Te. requires religious dedication and hard work (you NEED to focus so you don't botch the doseage, injection site, the temp you keep them at, etc.).

Now, all this behind us; I'm currently using a subliminal program that flashes messages on the screen every 2 seconds for 60 milliseconds. It is too hard for my conscious mind to work them out, but the succonscious CAN work them out.

Now: 6'0" < WOHOOO!!!!!!
Goal: 6'8"
Weight: 198 lbs
Goal: 252 lbs

Lazy? OK then, heres my sport for the week:
4 HOURS of sport at school
2 hours of trampolining (often includes stretching and planck)
1.5 hours of freestyle wrestling (the warm up is more intense than anything else)
1 hour kickboxing
I play rugby
Everyday, we play non padded American Football at break and lunch
Also, I'm often chased by girls in the year below me Tongue :S
Nintendo Wii Fit and Sight Training
10-30 minutes of hypnosis
On holidays, this goes up to:
3-4 days in a teenage gym class were we do tons of cardio
Sometimes a session lifting weights with a PT
4-5 days of trampolining sessions, each lasting 2 hours.

I also do ab workouts (leg lifts, crunches, etc.) every day and night in the holiday lasting about 18 minutes.

To further, I go on walks with my mum sometimes.

Lazy???

RE: To those of you performing hypnosis exercises
I don't find how hypnosis is lazy. Hypnosis stimulates that mind and is healthy for the mind. The same concept is reading a book..people don't really call people who read a lot lazy. It's kind of pointless to workout the body physically and not mentally, or mentally and not physically. You need both.

RE: To those of you performing hypnosis exercises
Hypnosis requires a lot of dedication. You need to stay positive so the hypnosis can help connect with your subconscious mind.

It is not lazy. You can implement hypnosis into your daily life when you are going to bed. You have nothing else to do so you listen to a bit of hypnosis before you go to sleep.

I'd suggest doing hypnosis along with exercises because although hypnosis can help it this is how it could work>>>

Hypnosis contacts subconscious mind >>> more HGH is released into body >>> even more HGH is released into body when followed by exercise

I've tried it before and its very relaxing Smile

You know, since this is such a hot subject I asked the admin to make a new section about it on the new forum. It would be interesting if wilhu could share his experience with hypnosis there.
