Time left? Or too Late?
Here it goes,
I am a 5'3 1/2 seventeen (17 1/2) year old Male. Born in North America (Canada), parents from South America (Guyana) Ancestry goes to Indian heritage. My Dad is, 5'6 and my Mom, is about 5'1 1/2 to 5'2
My younger brother (hes 14) is and inch taller than me
My older sister (20) is approx. the same height as me.

There were times when i was 15/16 that i did those Back/Spinal stretches RELIGIOUSLY and intensely but no significant gain occurred. Also, i tried drinking milk, taking vitamins...Nothing.

I have recently taken a break from working out, but i had a work out schedule for the gym (DAY 1 CHEST DAY 3 TRICEPS DAY 5 BICEPS DAY 7 ABS LEGS ) and i am planning to restart this in order to produce HGH.
I also heard sprinting works?
What are some natural options left at this time?
Ankle weights? at Bed time? 777

You are only 17, go and do it! Eat A LOT of healthy food, without enough food your body can not grow. Weight lifting is good for growth, bench press etc.
