Answer: Get lots of calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin A. Also do at least thirty minutes of aerobic exercise a day (strengthens bones). Taking magnesium will also help, but the height a person becomes is mostly genetics. Eating healthy food could help, too. When I was younger I ate a lot of fish and only healthy food and I am now 6'9," 6 inches taller than my dad. Some sites on the Internet may have products that may help growth, too. Some to check out are: http://www.wisdom-health.com/genius.html...action=add You can also get a lot of information athttp://www.network54.com/Forum/189510/ Though these may all help improve growth, genetics will most likely limit the effectiveness

I believe genetics sets you up but you can grow past that genetics bs, nice articles though will look at.

Some people think that genetic determines the height at all, some individuals, like willhu consider that genetic has no correlation. The most objective would be to say that genetic is one of the crucial factor for height determination

age-17.3
current height-5"9 1/2(177 cm)
Goal height-6"0(183 cm)minimum
Desired Height-6"2(188 cm)
dream height-6"3(190 cm)
dad's height-6"2(188 cm)
mom's height-5"4(163 cm)
