RE: This is Me...

Just wanted to update this a bit....

Now, I am currently in stage 2 of the growtaller exercises.... i found it to be extremely effective so far.... now, 10/11 days after starting off my routine, I have been measured by a friend of mine who was kind of shocked, when he found out that I grew about 14 mm which is half an inch I think? since I started, measured in the evening....

In the morning I am almost an inch taller than before.... Its great Big Grin.....

Now I have one question to the more experienced ones of u though..... Since I started off with stage 2 I kind of have short (like a few hrs) slight pain (could this be "growth pain"?) more or less in every joint of my body once in a while, including the spine area, more precisely like 1 cm besides the spine, sometimes left, sometimes right..... Is this a good sign? Or does my body basically warn me that I should reduce the intensity of my routine?

Thanks for all the posts so far guys! Ure awesome!

I think it is reasonable, minor strains and pains are things unavoidable when stretching and exercising, especially for one who just started out. Your spine should probably the area where you really feel some strain, because that is probably the bread and butter of your whole routine. Other than that, nothing to worry about.

However, it is a pretty wise option to lower intensity if you feel that you cannot go on further than X% so as not to risk getting injured.

Just my 2 cents worth, I used to do that routine too. Big Grin Big Grin

Well when you first start off with the exercises the first inch or so will come quite quickly, but from then on it will get harder to get even a cm, as for the pains you have that could be due to your body not being used to intense stretching so yes I think you should slightly reduce the intensity of your routine as you don't want to injure yourself, and believe me it's very easy to do so if your not careful(I know from past experience Big Grin) But once your body is used to more intense stretches then you shouldn't get those pains as often as you do. Good Luck Wink

RE: This is Me...

The thing is, though i have those pains, I swear my intensity level is at 70% or sumthing, I could strech way more intense, longer, more often and so on... well.... I guess it wont progress as quickly as it did until now... otherwise id be a 6,5 ft giant by the end of the year hahahha

Take it slowly, don't expect to do massive amount of stretches at the start, it took me around a week or two before I started feeling all around more ''Elastic", so patience comes to mind. Big Grin

Short and sweet version
: I did what you did and what everyone else did. Big Grin

Detailed version : I followed the routine you are doing now, and after a while, I made my own routine, my own plan on diet and more, I basically followed my routine and eat more growth foods and try getting enough sleep. Thats how I probably grew. Big Grin

RE: This is Me...

exactly dude haha, i was bored in my life so i thought lets go to that growtaller forum and post a few lies....

I dont know if its jealousy or whatever speaking out of u but what would it bring me to lie to people i dont even know? I might gain more through streching than u since I am very very muscular and have never streched....
I might grow faster than u because i didnt start doing sports when thinking about growing my friend;-) Im doing sports since I was 5 years old and I always had a sport routine going on in my life... Theres nothing new to me when I read that lifestyle stuff in combination with growing- I only added streching to a very intense sport program every day....

so please stop hating, i dont even know how it comes to your mind that im lying, but honestly, I dont even care;-)

Thx for the posts and you thestrokes thanks for your Hate ;-)
