this is just a scam to make money.
you don't grow tall by thinking positively, you grow tall by working your butt off and entering the boundaries of exhaustion.

this is just me opinion, not meaning to offend anyone. what im saying is that you can't expect positive thinking to do everything for you. you've got to work hard, you've gotta put the effort in to make sure you grow taller.

Positive thinking is necessary to motivate you to pursue what you want, it will not bring anything to you but motivation.
The author of this documentary/book earn a bunch of money for saying what everybody already know, but don't practice, because of "it doesn't work".
You must to believe in something, if you don't, why you keep doing routines if you don't believe in the potential of your body? Believing that you will grow tall if you make an effort will help you a LOT!
And one more think, if it will be to live, why live being pessimistic instead of being optimistic? Unless you like suffering..
Or we teach our mind, our the mind will lead us on automatic-pilot.

Understanding and applying the principles of the secret will do things for you that will blow ur mind. After a while it is easy to believe that you can use it for anything. Trust me on that.

i watched the video about 3 or 4 years ago,
and i used the stuff it said,
and it worked,
everytime.

This summer i was obssesed with height,
so i decided to do everything it said to effect my height,
around august 14th i was 5'9.5 barley,
now that its october im 5'11,
people can keep saying its bs and all coinsidences,
but hey,
wtv,
if you dont want to beleive it,
its your loss.
