Summer Routine!

Summer Routine!
10 More school days left then summer! This summer I'm following a workout routine and a height increase routine. I posted my workout routine on Bodybuilder so decided to post my height routine here!

Day 1-
Quick stretching (Loosen up)
Run 2 miles
5 minute rest/drink.
10 second sprints with 15 second rests x 10
rest 5 minutes/drink
Jump rope 2 minute sets 30 second rests x 5.
Stretch

Day 2-
Basketball with friends 1 hour
Bike 30 minutes
Stretching routine

Day 3-
Kicking routine (Ankle weight kicking bag)
Lay down legs hanging with 10 ft ankle weights for 1.5 hours while i watch a movie or something.



Cycle these + I'm going to be hitting the weights hard and starting up mixed martial arts which will help my flexibility and will have a lot of kicking/punching to hopefully lengthen my arms/legs.


Current- 5'5 to 5'5.5 morning height.
Goal- 5'8-5'9 morning height.

Current Age- 16 8/10/92
Starting Height- 163.83cm
Current Height- 166.3 cm
Starting Weight- 145 Current- 166
Starting Bench- 175 Current- 215

Goal-
Height- 172.72
Weight- 170
Bench- 250

sounds like a good routine however you could improve a few things.
Instead of just running two miles...you could do say 20 sprints of 100 metres instead. Sprinting would produce a lot more HGH and burn off more calories than just a straight one paced run.

Your starting bench is 175i think you said hats what....around 80 kg i think...thats pretty good how long have you beeen working out??? and is that your maximum one time bench or something you do say 10 reps of per set??

Yea i wanted to do both to compliment my weight lifting. I can increase the number of sprints though.

As for the benching i started 175 max 1 rep. My max now is 190 minimum 200 tops. Haven't checked in a little over 2 weeks. Was 190 last time. For 10 reps i can do 140-145 10 times but thats it. I've always worked out but before it was just now and then on a home gym set. I really started hitting the weights earlier this year then stopped durring wrestling season cuz i had no time and picked it up a few months ago now that its over.
