Summer Program - 5'9.5 - 6ft
Hey guys,
I am new on this site. Anyways I am 17 years old, 5'9.5 and would like to reach 6'. I am doing this program: http://www.freewebs.com/supertaller/index.htm If I follow the program set out in there for 10 weeks is it realistic to grow 2.5"? I will be doing the stretches every morning and night aswell as getting proper sleep, exercise, and diet. |

A lot of it is mental dude.
If you can't truly invision yourself 6' tall you probably won't grow much. Just have confidence in the routine your doing, believe it will work, visualize yourself already tall. Looking down to your friends who were once taller than you. And don't give up on the routines. Stick with them. THey will produce results especially since your only 17. Also measure your height every 2 weeks even and see if there is any difference. Cuz if your going to grow 2.5 inches in the summer thats a quarter inch per week. |

Try to get to 5'11 first and then to 6ft.

blue_steel Wrote:Good call jester. Exactly. Because what you will usually find is that you have reached 5'11 and begin to like the height but if you set your goal at 6ft you may overshoot it and end up 6'1 which could be problematic... Bit by bit is good as it allows you to evaluate your goals. |
