hahaha Im back guys listen, "be positiv is all Im saying". hahah i've had a success aswell, I was 170cm 4 weeks ago, know I am 173 1/4, grew like 1 inch and 3/4 inch. oh yeahh I feeeel sooo goood, my parents told me that I looked a bit taller today asweelll
think about it ppl, when u started to think about height you slowed down growing, everything is mentally affected, look I took 3 holyday and I stopped visiting here during that time, stopped measuring myself and tried to not think about height actually, - I spended my time with friends and swimming and studying, so here I am again, with a success  I do the air alert program that is supose to increase your jumping but i,ve also grown by it, I strectch sometimes eat alot and sleep plentyyyy. so guys any comment - u can look up my routine in this forum and it is really difficult! comments to a guy 17 at november 19 still 16 3.5 inches, I hope that helped

Ps: stopp thinking about height as soon as possible and it will come when u least expect it!!

now my dream height is not far away. Im like 5'9 soon aiming for 5'11, two more inches! yeyyy not a 5'7 anymore! 180 cm here I come! (nowadays I eat more than normal, first I forced 2x more food I used to eat and ma diet is more balanced, I eat 4 large meals and 2 h before bed one "protein shake" gainer actually, a bath and then 9 h sleep when it's school. So because of my diet, some exercising, relaxing, - I study 3.5 hours everyday intense before I was all depressed and all, and school was shit because I was thinking to much about height, why discuss something with urself that u cannot control - anyways now school works fine and I've grown!

u should state your height when ur the shortest, like at night or something

I have been doing this summer a jumping program (4 basketball)too, and i've grown 1 inch.Now I'm very happy, and i'm going to do some stretches for more results.
Age: just turned 17, Male

I find a nice article, about how to increase your HGH levels, and that the most important!!!
