Sleeping procedure
Hey guys i'm kinda new but i'd like to share something with you guys,
I have researched and discovered that the way you sleep does impact you growth, height and posture. There are actually 4 different methods for sleeping: The first method is sleeping flat on your back without a pillow supporting your neck with the bottom of your feet raised by about 2 to 3 inches. The second method is sleeping flat on your back without a pillow supporting your neck with about 2 pillows under your knees (see picture below). The third method is sleeping on your side without a pillow supporting your neck with hips and knees bent and a pillow placed between the knees (see picture below). The last method is sleeping flat on your back without a pillow. I have tried all the methods above but am now using the second method, as it is the most comfortable method for me, although I just wanted to know if it is the most beneficial method that will help me straighten my spine whilst I am sleeping. Also i wanted to know which method of sleeping is better and more beneficial for your spine and growing taller. Just to let you know, I found out these different methods of sleeping in various ebooks (pdf files). The ebooks state that these sleeping methods help promote growth as they straighten the spine and that a pillow shouldn’t be used as it bends your neck forward which causes stiffness and bad posture. sleeping.JPG (Size: 12.88 KB / Downloads: 56)

I used to sleep on my stomach all the time but now I am trying to adapt to the correct procedures. I am currently trying to sleep flat with a small pillow supporting neck and a big pillow under knees .

The second method seems extremely comfortable. And I've tried the last, but I don't see how that helps.

I sleep like that when on my side.
