Should I start Taking Gaba?
Ive been doing a lot of searching through out this forum and keep getting mixed thoughts on the benifits of taking Gaba. So at this moment in time, is gaba a recommendation for height increase (via increase in growth hormones) for a 17 year old whose growth plates are still open? Thanks

I've been taking it and i havent really seen any effects.
Starting height:5'7 (in August)
now:5'8 at night
Goal height:5'10
Dream Height:6'0
Gender:Male
age:17
