Shinebone routine?
I looked at easyheight.com for a bit n was wondering if sitting w/ ankle weights after running to lengthen microfractures would work....i did talk w/ the doc yesterday for school physical checkup n hes not sure if its safe, she talked about that if u try stretching out the bone, at some point in time, maybe 10 yrs or juz as u grow older, there is a chance that height may go back juz as it was-stretched bone compresses down slowly over the yrs....course she did say there is also a good chance that it might not happen.....some thoughts on this would be kool

I actually tried out the shinebone routine for about a month and grew a permanent 1 cm. I highly doubt that when you grow older your bones would shrink because the entire point of the routine is creating microfractures and pulling them apart, causing new bone to grow in the holes as you sleep. I mean, apparently someone grew 2.5 inches with the routine and I think it is highly unlikely that in 40 years, his bones would all of a sudden shrink.

i personally think that you should hang with ankle weights, not run or jump, your knees will be injured

i think the microfractures is b.s but i do believe in lenghtening/stretchin the cartilage in the knee, through cycling with raised seat and or sleeping with ankle weights for a long as u can. i hear u can gain an inch in a yr.

I think jogging with ankle weights isn't bad, but the other part of the routine should be avoided at all costs.
