stretching is not permanent, you'll revert back to your original height

Where I can find rowtaller4idiots for free? Can anyone copy link here? I'm 5'6 1/2 (169cm) and I want to be 5'8 (173cm). I tried webpage "Complete Guide to Natural Height Increase After Puberty" introductions very seriously for 4months and it only gived me 1cm (168cm to 169cm). I used: - streching - vitamins and calcium products - healthy food - hanging - kicking with angle weights I'm 25years old and my plates are fumed for sure. Which is easiest and fastest way to get ONLY 3-4cm and is rowtaller4idiots good?? Good luck for all of you |

wow is this true?, won't u revert back to your natural height if u stop with these exercises? i think ur best best is to do these stretches combined with some other sports like basketball or running
