Progress report and results for my stretching exercises

Progress report and results for my stretching exercises
Hello, it's been close to 8 weeks and i'm still going strong on my stretching exercises. i've gained 4.2cm solid after completing my 8 weeks program and topping my height to 171.2cm in the afternoon and 172.1cm in the morning. i'm still resuming it for another 2 months or so to get to my goal height. the exercises that i did were the ones that came from the growtaller4idiots book. i'm hoping that by the end of june i will have reach at least 175cm if i keep doing them. well, best of luck to all of you and happy growing Smile

Current Height: 171.2cm (5'7.25)
Height in the morning: 172.1cm (5'7.85)
Goal: 180cm (5'11)
Long Term Goal: 185cm (6'1)

yes, i'm turning 22 this coming august. sure i can. there are 3 groups of the stretching exercises preliminary, regular and advance. i bought the book but you can download it for free. you can try search it on google. just type grow taller exercises and it will show up Smile


nutrition : i take a body building diet, which consists of high protein. i
eat 7 meals per day and my last meal is no latter then 9pm.
just before i go to bed i take a whey protein to help me over
the night since protein shakes gets absorb faster.

Starting Height: 167cm (5'5)
Current Height: 171.2cm (5'7.25)
Height in the morning: 172.1cm (5'7.85)
Goal: 180cm (5'11)
Long Term Goal: 185cm (6'1)

I thought our spines can stretch for about 2-3 cm, but 4,2 is really a big suprise, so maybe it's not only regularly spine stretch but also nature growth ? have your growth plates fused yet ? did you check it ?

I'm 22 and my current height is 168cm ( 5'6 ) just like you, so you inspired me alot, dude Big Grin. Anyway congratulations on your success. Keep it up. Keep us posted on your progress. Smile

hey jus curious, i didnt have any sucess wit this routine , but when you did stage two and three was it at nitetime or did u do it whenever?

yes, i did stage 2 n 3 at night shortly before going to bed. how long have you been doing them? you have to be consistent enough to be able to see the results. did you have a good diet plan? a good diet plan combine with the exercises would give you the results.

when u mentioned tat u use the growtaller4idiots book
i thought tat u were selling tat book..

current height
morning 175.5cm 5'9
night 173.5cm 5'8

parents both are at most 1.6m tall

yes, the human spine can stretch a maximum of 5-6cm and the cartilage on the legs can add another 5, in total 10cm of gains. my growth plate has not fully fused yet but i think by next year it will. i have been stuck at 167cm for almost 3 years so i don't think that i grew naturally. since i started the stretching exercises i saw already a 1.5cm growth in 4 weeks and that encourage me to keep going because 1.5cm in 4 weeks was really amazing. i'm now finishing my 8th week and grew a total of 4.2cm so that really satisfied me Smile

i will post my next results in another 2 weeks and hoping by that time i would have made it pass 173 which is 5'8. well, happy growing to all of you Big Grin

actually i tried the routine twice, getting to the third stage both times but when i didnt see no results i quit. I also didnt have time to do it at nite cuz sometimes things come up like being too drunk or too tired to do the exerercises haha. btw those 2 inches that u grew, r they permanent or do they go away when u stop exercising?
