Plz don't be mad but........
hey guys, i've been really trying to grow a lil taller. the reason i put don't be mad is cuz right now i'm 6'1 and i'm trying to get a lil taller. Now i don;t wanna rub it anyone face cuz i realize i am lucky to have my genes. And from what i read from threads so far you guys are accepting of everyone regardless of their height which i think is great. so back to trying to get taller i started a new workout regime in which i do 20 min of cardio, 45 min of weight lifting and 15 min of stretching. and i feel like its been working so far (its only been a week). but i do feel like i can grow a lil more. I'm 22 now so i know i'm a lil past the growing stage but i didn;t start growing until i was 16. i also read stuff on here about a wingspan in relation to height and my wingspan is about 6'4.5 and i wear a size 13.5 shoe (american). also my dad is about 6'4 so i think i could gain a few more inches. besides stretching and hanging what else is good to get taller. Only 6'0.5 with a wingspan of 6'6 and a 13 shoe size, i have faith i can grow Smile

I'm not one of the people in this forum to get mad about your height lol. As far as the exercises are concerned, there are a lot of things you can do. A lot of people who are successful in their quests to gain height shortly post their routines after their completion. So you should check those out, and good luck to you.

2010Jan-starting height 5 11.75 in the morning 5 11 at night, 205lbs
moms height 5-7
dads height 6-0
age 21
goal - 6.0
reach is 6-3 same as my dads
Dream height- not really interested in dreamin!
occupation- mma fighter
Body fat 10%, Goal 7 % at 205lbs
Current Height 5 11.5 at night 6 in morning
