Yeah, we seriously need a complete list of weight training exercises along with instructions and everything. When you say weight training, I don't know what you mean by that. Are you talking about arm workouts, torso workouts, legs workouts, abs workouts or all of them or none of them or what?

Intense abdominal leg raises, quad curls, deadlifts, etc. PLEASE NOTE: I am on an indefinate hiatus from GTForum. Nothing personal, just another project I've been working on since Summer '10. My account WILL reamain open - but please don't send PMs for advice until (and if) I return. GOOD LUCK ALL HEIGHT SEEKERS! |

I never believed that weight lifting stunted growth. I do believe that it just causes pain when we are growing, but who doesn't suffer pain from rapid height increases?

Biceps are one of the smallest muscles in the body. How do you not notice a bodybuilder's other muscles? Biceps will not have a large effect on your growth, but working the larger muscle groups will have this benefitial effect. 24 June 2011 Age: 18 I am a "strength trainer" here to discuss height growth. RE: New users, read here!
Well, hypnosis , meditation, visualisation, all are different .
Hypnosis-u go into a trance like state to imprint affirmations and suggestions on your subconscious mind ....l u can use the mp3s on one the threads here to use for this purpose .... Meditation-this means concentrating on a single thought and making your mind free of all thoughts ....this is very beneficial to your health .....it has shown in a scientific study to bring down stress levels ....it also reduces the output of stress hormones in our bodies .....several antiageing hormones are released ... U should really try chinese QIGONG ... I am not chinese lol.....but still that method is one of the best ....because its reliable .. My friend grew 3cm after 5months .....if you practice it around a year you can grow 4inches Zixialinmm.blogspot.com .... Try it .... If you beliefs are firm then u can grow an inch in a month ... Visualization -it means that you think like you already have something you want acheive ... Like if you want a car ....imagine u have it now .... Imagine it shape ,texture, colour .... They are diffirent ....but still one thing is both important and common to them .....you have to believe ....firmly ...ur beliefs should be without doubt .... age - 16 years ,male , Asian Starting height- 153.4 cm(Sept 2009) Current height -157 cm Update- 7 Nov 2011 -Height 159 cm Goal Height - 5'10'' Routines-Hypnosis,Meditation, Visualization |
