BTW guys, stretching would be advised before and after a seission (particulary if your doing squats). As would a 5 minute jog.

Squats and deadlifts are among the best weight lifting exercise that stimulate testosterone and growth hormone release. Squats and deadlifts do not stunt growth as long as there done properly with good form.

Wieght lifting will help. It won't have any miraculous effect though. If your genetically prone to being short not even wieght lifting will help you.

Dumbell curls are useless man. Trust me, they are not the type of wieght lifting exercise that will help your hormones. They won't even have any effect on your physical strength because your bicept is so small. You have to do exercises that work large parts of your muscles like squats, bench press, and deadlifts if you want real results.

Intenes muscle building exercises that put a lot of pressure on your muscles will yield the most results. Squats will not just stimulate your legs to grow only, your entire body will follow. I've heard that squats also stimulate growth in the back and torso as well as the legs.
